All customer service queries should be emailed in the first instance to firstname.lastname@example.org. We normally turn around queries within 24 hours of receipt.
1. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes VAT is included in all of our prices.
2. How do you ship your prints and original works?
We carefully package and send out Giclee prints in a rigid envelope along with an envelope stiffener for all print sizes up to and including A3.
Giclee print sizes larger than A3 are sent out in wide 100mm diameter tubes by default (up to 2). You can request to have sizes between A3+ and A2 flat packed at an extra cost of £9 plus the courier cost. Please email us at email@example.com
Orders of one or two prints at A1 and A0 size will normally be rolled, please contact us if you would like us to give you a quote on flat packing orders of this size.
We'll always endeavour to package your prints in the best possible way to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
Original works are shipped directly by the Artist and packaged to ensure that they are safe during transit. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of shipping and transit insurance is included in the price of the original work.
3. How long does shipping normally take?
UK Shipping is free and usually takes between 3 – 5 working days from the day after the order is placed.
Please note that there is a surcharge for offshore UK and Scottish Highlands of £15.
For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce.
Orders to Europe are normally delivered within 3-5 days and worldwide within 5-7 days.
Please note that there may be a surcharge for multiple items being shipped out of the UK. We will notify you if this is the case.
We will email you once your order has been shipped together with the tracking number. Contact us if you have any queries about your shipment.
Original works are shipped directly by the artist and will normally be received within 10 days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number so you can check its progress.
4. Do you accept cancellations and returns?
We want you to be perfectly happy with your new purchase so allow 7 days from the time you received the item to return it to us or the artist in the case of Original works. We will either exchange or offer a full refund, subject to the Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
We do not normally accept cancelations. Please email us if you have any concerns or problems.
5. What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged please read through Cancellations and Returns policy in our Terms and Conditions and contact us.
6. Are prints and originals signed by the artist?
Yes a label is attached to the reverse of every print containing the artist signature, the edition number and the name of the work.
Originals are signed by the artist and sent with a certificate of authenticity.
7. What is your standard print size?
Our prints are available in 5 different sizes depending on the artist's choice. These are:
A4 21.0 x 29.7 8.3 x 11.7
A3 29.7 x 42.0 11.7 x 16.5
A2 42.0 x 59.4 16.5 x 23.4
A1 59.4 x 84.1 23.4 x 33.1
A0 84.1 x 118.9 33.1 x 46.8
Each print contains a small white border.
8. What paper do you use for limited edition and open edition prints?
Each product description will indicate the type of paper that has been used to print the limited editions on.
Currently we use the following:
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305gsm
9. The print I want is out of stock, will you get more?
To maintain the value and exclusivity of our Limited edition prints in the market we offer relatively small print runs. If they are indicated as being sold out, we will not be selling that print again. Sign up to our newsletter here to get advance notice of all works arriving soon to the site.
10. Do you handle framing for prints?
Currently we do not offer a framing service but can easily arrange this for you through our accredited supplier Point101. They offer a huge range of frames and mounts which you can see on their website at https://www.point101.com/frame_and_print/frame.

11. How do I add a review?
We would love you to add your review of the artwork you purchased. You can do this simply by clicking on the “Leave a Review” link on the product page. Please then follow the instructions on screen to submit a review to the Website.
Please consider the following guidelines when writing your review:
• Focus on the piece and its features.
• Keep it concise, informative, and easy for other customers to read and relevant to the product and your experience of the piece
All content is moderated from time to time to ensure it is appropriate for publication. There will be a delay between you submitting your review and it appearing on the website.
Please review clause 7 of our T&C’s for all the information on what is acceptable.
12. Gift Vouchers
Harris and Erel Art Vouchers are available in any amount up to £2500 and are sent via email to the purchases address with your personal message for you to forward on. They have an unlimited duration and can be used to part pay for prints or originals. Refer to our Gift Voucher T&C’s for full details.
13. Do your artists have other works available?
All our artists have other works available. If you don’t see what you want from a specific artist on the website then contact us and we can arrange for a portfolio to be sent to you.
14. Can I commission your artists?
We actively encourage our customers to commission new works through our artists. We can arrange one off pieces and also offer a consultancy service for larger projects including curating works for commercial, public or private spaces. Contact us for more info.
