"Life is not a straight line. In every attempt at rendering it so, the human hand betrays our human fallibility: it tires, jerks and hesitates as it ebbs and flows. In Fault Lines, I explore the transformations over time of the straight line into a jagged undulation, of one colour into another and ultimately trace a human-centric history of time." – Jessica Arevalo

Created in 2019, this 21 × 30 cm piece was produced using ink on Tomoe River Paper. Please see detail photos for suggested framing in walnut. The original artwork will be provided in a mounted to a board, not to be used for framing.
