The Story
Nixon’s approach to every artwork differs, sometimes a feeling, moment, mood, object or image, grasp her attention and becomes a catalyst for a work. Other times she works in reverse taking a more relaxed experimental approach, allowing the colour and pattern to emerge through the art making process, dictating its titling.
